  • Laser process

    The experience and the know-how of ILS are known around the world in various industries. Since its creation in 2003, ILS forged itself a name synonym of serious, know-how and quality.

    Our company built and installed special machines of laser machining answering the needs of the motor, medical, nuclear, factoring, aeronautic and spatial industry.

    Laser Welding

    Lasers are used in a wide range of sheet metal welding applications in industrial, high-volume manufacturing, from heat conduction welding in the consumer goods industry to longitudinal seam welding of tubes.

    Laser joints are characterized by high welding speed, high levels of stability and very low distortion. At the same time excellent weld seam surfaces can be obtained. If the requirements with regard to process stability and consistent product quality are high, the laser is the right tool.

    Due to its short wavelength close to the aluminum absorption peak, the automotive industry selected high brightness diode lasers as the tool of choice for aluminum welding in body-in-white (BIW) applications.

    Lasers and mainly Laser diodes from Laserline are used also for plastic welding Plastic Welding (polymer).

    Laser type

    Depending on the required application the choice will be for Fiber laser (up to 4 kW)r for a Laser Diode System (up to 40 kW).

  • Laser Marking Systems

    ILS presents its new range of laser marking systems ILSM. With built-in IR, fiber, Co2,UV or green laser sources the range of ILSM systems will surely answer your needs.

    Our laser marking systems can be equipped with a wide array of options as:

    • A rotary axis
    • A motorized Z axis
    • Table with linear X and Y axis
    • Camera vision trough a scanhead head

    All of our lasers marking devices ILSM are equipped with the optimization of parameter tool MOSAIC.

  • Laser Cutting Systems

    There is two main laser cutting systems family, the ones with built-in Co2 laser and the others with fiber lasers. Depending on the application, ILS offers several configurations.

    The flat cutting systems from ILS offer three kinds of standard versions with usable X and Y axis of:

    • 200 x 200 mm
    • 400 X 400 mm
    • 600 x 600 mm

    They are all built with Z axis and, in option, vision system or a capacitive sensor for the optimization of the cut. The cutting speed and accuracy relies on the system kind, the rough materials and their thickness.

  • Remote Welding Systems from Blackbird

    Since the company was founded in Munich in 2008, Blackbird Robotersysteme GmbH has focused on the developing of powerful control technology and software for remote laser processing. The experienced team of engineers and software developers combines for a comprehensive understanding of production process with innovative approaches for robot path planning.
